End-of-Year Highlight: Launching Clinton Corporate Consultancy Ltd and attending the First Atlantic Bank IPO Celebration
Clinton Corporate Consultancy Ltd was formally launched in December 2025 as a specialist advisory firm providing company secretarial services, corporate due diligence, and debt recovery solutions in Ghana. The firm was established to support businesses, investors, and institutions with structured corporate governance, statutory compliance, board and shareholder support, regulatory filings, and comprehensive due diligence for transactions, investments, and acquisitions. In addition, Clinton Corporate Consultancy Ltd delivers strategic and commercially focused debt recovery services, assisting clients in enforcing contractual rights, managing receivables, and resolving disputes efficiently and professionally within Ghana’s legal and regulatory framework.
As part of our end-of-year reflections, I was honoured to attend, by special invitation, the IPO celebratory luncheon of First Atlantic Bank, held at the Labadi Beach Hotel, Accra, marking the Bank’s successful listing on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE).
The event was beautifully curated and well attended, with insightful remarks from the Board reflecting on the Bank’s growth journey, the importance of strong corporate governance, and the discipline required to achieve sustainable success. It was particularly noteworthy that the IPO was successfully oversubscribed, demonstrating strong investor confidence in Ghana’s financial markets.
Celebrating this milestone at the close of the year served as a powerful reminder of what vision, integrity, and regulatory excellence can achieve within Ghana’s corporate and financial landscape.
