As one of the Founders of Clinton Corporate Consultancy Ltd and Clinton Consultancy Ltd, I attended the First Atlantic Bank IPO Celebratory Luncheon by special invitation, held on Friday, 19 December 2025, at the Labadi Beach Resort, Accra.
The event commemorated First Atlantic Bank’s successful listing on the Ghana Stock Exchange, a landmark achievement in the Bank’s growth journey. The luncheon was elegantly curated and exceptionally well attended, bringing together board members, regulators, industry leaders, and invited stakeholders.
Members of the Board delivered insightful remarks, reflecting on the Bank’s journey, emphasising that success is never to be taken for granted and underscoring the discipline, governance, and strategic focus that underpinned the IPO process. Notably, the Bank announced that the IPO was successfully oversubscribed, reflecting strong investor confidence and market trust.
Guests were warmly hosted, with thoughtfully curated gift bags presented as a gesture of appreciation. The event stood as a testament to First Atlantic Bank’s commitment to excellence, transparency, and sustainable growth within Ghana’s financial sector.
I congratulates First Atlantic Bank on this significant milestone and wishes the institution continued success in this new chapter as a publicly listed company.
